Distance Plan for week of March 4

I should be there earlier this week. Plan to meet around 3:30 Monday.

We will plan on a 20 minute threshold, so you can do the team warm up first, but we will still warm up before the threshold.

Tuesday, I probably won't be there and will hold down my picket duty all day.  Recovery run for 50 minutes easy.
