Bob Evans Fundraiser

Greetings everyone,

Please note the date change from the original email.  Lucky Friday March 13!!!

The time has arrived!!  Details for the Bob Evans Turf-Team fundraiser are below.
Please read through the instructions and get the information out to your team, group, ASAP.

Supporters will be asked to sign up and reserve their spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

All proceeds will be going back to the BBHHS to assist in the funding of the Turf project and to support the needs of our teams and organizations.

** Very important--Emphasize that people should reserve a spot only if they are planning on using it for sure.  If for some reason you can't make it after reserving please call Bob Evans immediately so the spot can open up for someone else.
I also ask that one group not attempt and sign up for all the available spots!!  Let's spread this out for everyone!!

As recap--50% of the proceeds will be going to the turf project and the other 50% directly to your team.

Customers will be asked upon receiving their check which team they are representing and a tally will be kept for all teams and groups!!

Let me know if you have any questions!!  And start signing up for a great meal at half the cost!!

Dan

Bee Athletic Boosters March Madness

One of the two Booster fundraisers is scheduled for Saturday, March 21 at St. Savas Event Center in Broadview Hts.  The cost is $35.00 per person and includes dinner, beer, soda and fun.  (You can also bring your own bottle).  Tickets can either be purchased from me or by going to the Boosters web site Beeboosters.org/tailgate-party/.  It is important for the track parents to support this event as we do receive allocations from the boosters to support our program.  They have helped us purchase a timing system and repair and replace items.
Nanci is also putting together a basket for the Chinese raffle.  Girls were asked to donate $5.00 toward buying items for the basket.  The theme is “Spring Track survival kit”.  If you have any items that you would like to donate please send them to practice and give them to either Coach Kieser or Sarah Schlabig.  Items and $5.00 are due no later than March 10th.

Thank you for your help.  If you have any questions please contact me at Nanci.schlabig@gmail.com
