Distance Runners this week!

Here is the plan for the week.

Monday, 2/3/14 Run 10 minute warm up or team warm up.
Strides, Accells, Blasters X 2 on clear driveway area or parking lot.
5 X Baseball-Bd. of Ed. loop with 2 minute recovery.  Alternate direction every other one.
Approx. 800m loop so run 2 mile pace effort.
Finish with 2 X 45 seconds hard/sprint
5 minutes cool down 
Tuesday, 2/4/2013 Recovery Run for 40-50 minutes.  50 for veterans and 40 for newer runners.
Wed., 2/5/2014 Run 10 minute warm up or team warm up.
strides, Accells, Blasters X 2 on clear driveway area or parking lot.
We will find a dry clear area to run some shorter faster intervals.
10 X approx. 300m with 100 jog
5-8 min. cooldown
Thursday, 2/6/2014 Recovery Run for 40-50 minutes.  50 for veterans and 40 for newer runners.
Friday, 2/7/2014 Warm up 10 minutes building - increase speed to brisk tempo pace for 20 minutes then cooldown for 10 minutes. 4 x 150 strides before cooldown.
Saturday/Sunday Long run 60-80 minutes
