Team Conditioning for December

Don't wait till Jan….get started NOW!  Although official practices for track do not begin until Jan…seniors want to get things started now as a team rather than doing the workouts by themselves.

FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER….TEAM CONDITIONING LED BY SENIORS
Mondays/Wednesday 2:45-4:45  stretch/run/lift
Tuesday/Thursday  2:45  easy long run
