Seniors will lead strength circuit, followed by warm up routine. Hopefully we can get outside for a little bit to do our hill workout.
*Also, you should get in another day of lifting "on your own" this week. Get with a teammate and do DAY 1 lifting (should start with bench). Folders and sheets are in the weightroom. If you have questions ask a senior.
