Just a reminder that practice will now begin at 3:15. We will still practice until 5:00 but hopefully this will give us a little bit of extra time.
Monday: No School....No Practice. Enjoy your day off!
Tuesday: (High 26/Low 13 with flurries.) Looks like we will be indoors for team plyos and lifting stations. Winter just doesn't want to stay away!
Wednesday: (High 34/low 30 sunny) Workout day for distance and sprinters......we will run outside but probably not on the track.
Thursday: (High 38/Low 34 cloudy) Recovery day outside and lifting stations.
Physicals must be current and you must have your permission for treatment turned in (blue form)....check with a Coach Rohal if you aren't sure.
