Ladies, our first meet of the 2011 season is less than a week away! Are you ready? Some of you have been working hard....but some of you have been skipping practice. We need everyone at practice!
Mon: Workout for everyone. Be ready! This is most likely the only day this week that will be descent weather so we are going to take advantage of it.
7:00 Meet the Bees for Spring Sports; Track Parent Mtg afterwards
Tue: 2:30 Coach Crawford passing out uniforms
recovery day for distance; starts/relays for sprinters; lift for ALL!
Wed: team plyo day; hurdlers will work with Coach
Thurs: recovery day/lift
Sat: Indoor Meet at GaREAT
Bus leaves at 7:30 am.

Directions:
Take I-77 North. Take exit 156 to merge onto I-480 E toward Youngstown to I-271 N toward Erie Pa. Take I-90 East (towards Erie, PA for 28 miles) to exit 218/Rt. 534 for Geneva. Turn left onto Rt. 534 (also called S. Broadway). The GaREAT facility is approximately 1 mile north. It will be on the right side of the road...you can't see it from the road but there is a sign for it. If I remember right it is behind a Wendy's/Pizza Hut.
Estimated: 55 miles, 1 hour from Brecksville
We will return to Brecksville one hour after we depart the facility…we have no idea what time that will be….maybe 4:00? Don’t ask what time your event will be….pay attention to the events and think about how long each event takes. We have no way of predicting the time since it is dependent upon number of entries.
