Athletes should wear your jersey and black shorts.
Boys: Be ready in the cafeteria @ 3:15.
Girls: Be ready in the cafeteria @ 3:30.

After pictures (approx. 4:15) there will be two optional workout sessions athletes can attend - Weight Room and a Coach Lev practice. Coach Schank will give distance their workout on Wednesday.
