TICKET INFORMATION:
All spectators will be able to purchase a ticket online prior to attending the meet or at the gate the day of the meet. NO CASH at the gate. The cost of one ticket is $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for seniors and students. Under high school age – free. Tickets may be purchased at the following link: Tickets
Starting Monday, April 4th athletes should report to practice based on the group assignments listed below.
These groups are designed to allow for more individualized instruction, and will increase work on specialized events.
**Groups can change based on needs.
PRACTICE FOR BOTH GROUPS STILL ENDS AT 5:30, and the 4pm group could go longer some days if necessary.
If you have questions, please talk to your event coach at practice tomorrow.
Saturday 4/2 Bill Dodd Invitational Bus leaves @ 7:45am
Admission will be $5.00 (Student) and $7.00 (Adult). We will have a cash gate only.
Field Events start @ 9am, Running events 11am.
The Bill Dodd Invitational will be held at Byers Field located on Day Drive in Parma. The
discus and shot put will be contested at Valley Forge High School.

Athletes should be prepared for the early morning temperatures.
Transportation waivers should be turned in to coaches asap on Saturday morning. Transportation forms can be found under the FORMS tab.
The bus will leave at 2:45. Athletes should report to BBH Stadium at 2:30 for attendance.
Field Events will start at 4:00pm, and running is scheduled to start at 4:15. The order of events is listed below. This is the order of events for all dual (Wednesday) meets. Order of events changes slightly with Friday and Saturday relay and invitational meets.

Admission: Adults: $5.00 Students: $3.00 Under 10 years old: Free
Concessions: There will be a concession stand open. We will also be selling meet T- shirts
Picture Day is Thursday, March 10th.
Athletes should wear your jersey and black shorts.
Boys: Be ready in the cafeteria @ 3:15.
Girls: Be ready in the cafeteria @ 3:30.

Outdoor Track officially starts February 22nd. Practice will be everyday from 3:15-5:30. Meet in the cafeteria for attendance.
