Sunday:  2:00 Practice for Sprinters/distance runners
(or field events that can't make Monday practice)

Monday:  11:00 Practice for Jumpers/Throwers

Tuesday:  3:00-4:15 Practice
Then head to Erin Beaver's for dinner and Tshirt making party.
Please bring a white t-shirt.

Wednesday:  Regionals Day 1 @ Austintown Fitch High School
Early Dismissal @ 1:45
Bus Departs @ 2:15

If you are an alternate/not competing you must pay the $6 entry fee. They only give us the correct number of tickets for those who are competing.
Field Events @ 5:00
Running Events @ 5:30  starting with 4x800. Rolling Schedule.

Thursday: Practice 3:00-4:15

Friday:  Regionals Day 2 @ Austintown Fitch High School
