Monday: Should be very cold again. If you are prepared for weather they can run on the school property for 40 minutes with pickups of 3 minutes followed by recovery for 2 minutes easy running.
Tuesday: May end up being a "cold" day and school cancelled but, the girls should warm up with the team and then do an alternate workout at the rec. for 60-80 minutes. IF NO SCHOOL...THEN NO PRACTICE!
Wednesday: If it is still really bad out, the group can repeat the circuit style workout we did last Wednesday. 45 minutes total with a warm up of 8 minutes and a cooldown to get in the total time following the last set of the circuit.
Thursday: Team warm up and then recovery run outside if possible for 40-50 minutes in the neighborhood or on the school grounds
