Beginning this week, we will be practicing four days a week; Monday-Thursday.
Mon: workout day!!
Tues: easy/recovery day & lifting
Wed: team plyos & hurdle mobility
Thurs: Sprints- blocks & acceleration workout, hurdler will do some drills
Distance- long run
EVERYONE- lift/core
Sat: 11:00-? decorate for BAB Super Bowl Party @ St. Michae's Party Center on Mill Rd....pizza will be provided.

**When school is cancelled practice is cancelled as well.
