Pre-Season Conditioning Starts Next Week

 It is time for Track and Field to start. After working with the Athletic Department, we were able to come up with guidelines for track to be conducted starting next week. We will start with Pre-Season conditioning in February, and Official Outdoor Track will start Monday March 1st.

Pre-Season Conditioning
When: Every Tuesday and Thursday in February (February 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25)

Time: 3:15 - 4:15

Where: All athletes should meet in the HS Cafeteria, dressed and ready to go outside. (ALL practices will be conducted outside on the track/turf pending weather). In the Cafeteria, athletes will need to check in for attendance and have their temperature taken. Once athletes leave the cafeteria, they are to bring their bags with them to the stadium, and be picked up from the stadium at the conclusion of practice. 

Outdoor Track
Starts Monday, March 1st 3:15 - 5:15
