Pole vault – boys and girls together

Girls high jump followed by boys

Boys long jump followed by girls (3 jumps, top 9 to finals)

Girls shot put followed by boys (3 throws, top 9 to finals)

Boys discus followed by girls (3 throws, top 9 to finals)

10:00am – Running events (all events are finals against time)

4 x 800 (girls first for all events)

10:30 - rest of the events on rolling time schedule

Starting Wednesday, March 9 meet down at the stadium for practice. 

Locker rooms will be open and available for you to put your personal belongings. Do not meet in the Athletic Hallway anymore!

Friday's meet will be at Independence High School. 

Bus will leave at 4:30. 

All athletes will be required to ride the bus to the meet. If you plan on leaving with a parent, you must provide a transportation form - located under the Forms tab on the webpage.

AWARDS Ribbons for First through Sixth place finishers.

 The Independence Fieldhouse has a six lane 200 meter 

competition running track.  Track shoes can be worn on the

track surface but absolutely no spikes can be in the shoes. 

Starting blocks will be provided.
