The Lady Bees competed in the OHSAA State Championship this weekend and brought home lots of hardware. Senior Becki Famurewa finished 2nd place in the discus and 5th in the shot put. Veronica Thompson broke her own school record for the second time this season as she placed 8th (time of 56.95 in prelims). The 4x400 relay made their way to the podium with their 7th place finish. The relay group of Tabitha Jacofsky, Julia D'Agostino, Ellen Prendergast, and Veronica Thompson also broke the school record running a 3:55.79 in prelims. Great Job Bees!
